La Villa Bellavista

Surrounded by a large garden, La Villa Bellavista is located just a few steps from the center of Madesimo and the ski lifts, in a suggestive position of this well-known tourism resort, from which you can enjoy a marvelous panorama.

The project involves the regeneration of a 1960s building by demolishing and rebuilding it and the completion of 7 residential units, all with gardens or terraces and garages, the latter directly connected to the apartments by an elevator and staircase.

Particular attention will be paid to the design of a modern building that meets the highest standards of living comfort and at the same time blends in appropriately with the surrounding Alpine ambience.

It is planned to use valuable materials such as aged wood and stone, which will strongly characterize the facades of the Villa. The building will be put up using high-end construction methods, plant equipment and finishes. La Villa Bellavista will comply with the latest energy efficiency and earthquake safety standards.
